
We aim to showcase the best of Guernsey and the surrounding islands through our shared passion of running.
There will be opportunities to socialise and experience different aspects of island life, while you will also leave with tips and advice to make the most of your running.
We can adjust the running to cater for everyone, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Itinerary
Friday 4 October:
- Easy trail and countryside lanes run
- Tapas and welcome talk at our base, Le Chêne B&B, in the heart of the countryside and within touching distance of the cliff paths.
Saturday 5 October:
- Breakfast
- Boat to the paradise island of Herm for an easy coastal run, lunch and a talk with Olympian Lee Merrien.
- Strength and conditioning assessment with Lee (the group will be split so they’ll be time to relax, read, chat and drink tea or coffee nearby). Leave with bespoke recommendations
- Guided sunset coastal path run where we will delve into the island’s past all the way back to the Stone Age
- Evening meal
Sunday 6 October:
- Breakfast
- Stunning cliff run finishing at La Vallette Bathing Pools for the chance of a recovery swim. Option of running the full cliffs (16 miles with around 2,300m of ascent) or shorter routes to suit
- Group lunch at the Bathing Pools
- Yoga session
- Free time to explore
- Evening restaurant meal
Monday 7 October:
- Sunrise run
- Breakfast
- Depart
